Al Way, owner and president established Jamesway Construction Group in 1987. Continuing to do business in both Canada and in the United States, building and remodeling restaurants has become an anchor in Jamesway business. In 2001 Jamesway Construction built the tallest building in North America using ICF's (insulated concrete forms) as the structure of a high-rise apartment building. Riviting the attention of the ICF industry, Jamesway became the leader in multi-storey residential construction, and hasn't looked back.

Health and Safety ~ Health and Safety
The key element of our safety program is its full-time safety coordinator who manages the training, the site safety audits and the health and safety policies and procedure development. Our safety coordinator makes regular visits to all our job sites auditing the site, the supervisors, employees and sub-trades for compliance with safety practices. Our safety coordinator works with the Ministry of Labour, the OGCA, our site safety representatives and Jamesway management to ensure that our health and safety program protects our most important asset........our employees.

ICF Construction ~ Building with Insulated Concrete Forms
During the past 5 years, the use of Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) in commercial construction has grown into an economically viable and accepted method of construction.
